This logo design was for a new fitness brand. It used the last name of the client, which ended up being very fitting given the icon and mascot direction of the pit bull. When the idea of the pit bull was proposed, the combination worked on many levels starting with the similarities of the last name and mascot, but also given previous nicknames of the client, as well as having family who actually work one-on-one with pit bulls. The custom type is designed to give a "ball team" feel, while the pit bull is designed to symbolized a "stand your ground" alpha mentality.
